You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is a result of you no longer wanting the product, or changing your mind, the item must be in brand new condition and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund far more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to all addresses in the lower 48. We do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska at the time, although it is in our future plans.
We ship through the United States Postal Service. For all orders, shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Local pickup available in the Mishawaka, IN area.
For large (exceeding $250), wholesale or bulk orders, there will be a custom shipping based on the size and weight of the order. Please message us for a custom invoice and quote.
